- Fire-rated compartmentation package across six industrial units, including approx. 1,040 m² of 150mm Power T FTV wall panels forming primary fire-rated divisions
- Installation of 210 lm of 90-minute fire-rated linear seals to complete wall interfaces and junction detailing
- Full fire protection detailing to support compliance across the development, delivered in line with constrained site logistics and access restrictions
