- Roof envelope package comprising approx. 14,000 m² of Kingspan KS1000RW, KS1000DLTR & KS1000TD systems
- 550 lm fall arrest safety system integrated across roof areas for safe maintenance access
- 800 lm Kingspan membrane-lined gutter system with new rainwater pipes (RWPs)
- Wall cladding package covering approx. 7,500 m² of KS1000RW & KS1000CX insulated panels
- Structural works including 40 tonnes of galvanised steel beams and 1,000 m² structural floor deck
- Feature architectural elements including PPC cornice detailing and entrance canopy
- Treatment and protection of approx. 800 tonnes of existing primary steelwork, including shot blasting, priming, top coating, and intumescent fire protection
