Scope:
- Delivery of large single-envelope coldstore incorporating freezer, chiller and ambient zones
- Installation of ~6,620 m² PIR panel system forming full building envelope and internal compartmentation
- Fire-rated works to stairwells, junctions and interfaces with varied jointing/foam/stitching requirements to suit FR strategy
- Installation of specialist doors and openings:
– 3x Efaflex roller doors
– 3x Infraca FR doors
– 9x Purever personnel doors
– 3x FR curtain systems (~273 m²) - Bespoke FR curtain installation within voids and specialist door interfaces
- Coordination of stacked joint construction and multiple temperature/fire detailing requirements across zones
