Scope:
- Kingspan roof and wall envelope package (KS1000RW, DLTR, AWP) covering approx. 10,500 m² roof and 5,000 m² walls
- KS1000RW trapezoidal profile end-lapped panels, including top banding to gables and rear elevation to complete envelope continuity
- KS1000MM mini micro-rib insulated wall cladding to selected façade areas for variation in profile and finish
- Eurobond Firemaster firewall panels (150 m²) forming internal fire-rated compartmentation zones
- Triple-skin polycarbonate translucent rooflights integrated within trapezoidal roof system for natural light penetration
- Composite insulated cladding panels used across remaining areas to complete the external building envelope and thermal performance requirements
