- Approx. 3,500 m² Euroseam curved standing seam roof system formed to a 45m radius, achieving 0.16 U-value with Rockwool insulation
- Approx. 2,500 m² external wall package with brick slip and terracotta rainscreen façade finishes
- Structural steel package including 100-tonne curved roof frame, 20-tonne galvanised plant gantry, and gantry grating
- 4,000 m² internal whitewall system forming hygienic internal environments
- PPC aluminium architectural features including curved verge fascias and bullnose eaves detailing
- Roofing build-up incorporating 340mm fibreglass quilt insulation, PVC membrane, smoke hatch AOV, roof access hatch, and rainwater drainage system
- Vertical access ladder from plant level to roof area for maintenance access
- Eurobond Rainspan carrier panels and acoustic louvre cladding to plant compound areas
- Intumescent fire protection to primary steelwork and first-floor concrete/decking package
