- Remedial works to approx. 1,780 m² of 200mm FME fire-rated wall panels to ensure compliance and certification requirements
- Installation of 210 lm of 90-minute fire-rated linear seals across key interfaces and junctions
- Fire sealing of 5 service penetrations using passive fire protection systems
- Rectification and finishing works carried out to support final certification and handover of the development
