Scope:
- Design and installation of a dedicated barrel store cold room within an existing warehouse environment
- Installation of a 27m coldrolled steel frame structure forming the primary support for the cold store
- Construction of a 27m x 30m x 7.625m high cold store, incorporating 1,718 m² of insulated cold room panels for controlled temperature performance
- Installation of 2x rapid-rise doors (5m x 4m) to support high-frequency access while maintaining temperature stability
- Installation of 3x personnel hinged chiller doors for controlled entry/exit points
- Fit-out of Panelchock double-tier barrier rail system along internal perimeter and two external walls for impact protection
- Installation of full perimeter roof handrail system to support safe maintenance access
- Installation of 2x split-level Katt ladders for safe vertical access to elevated areas
- Integration of full refrigeration system and LED lighting to ensure consistent temperature control and energy-efficient operation
