- Approx. 7,000 m² Kingspan IPN Quadcore insulated panels (100mm / 125mm / 150mm) providing 30-minute fire-rated cold store envelope
- 260 m² reinforced concrete floor forming structural base for operational areas
- Internal access and safety systems including 180m aluminium handrail system, 2x aluminium Katt ladders, and 1x aluminium level change staircase
- Automated door systems:
– 4x sliding freezer doors (2840mm x 3000mm)
– 19x ASSA ABLOY HS7040 rapid rise doors (3000mm x 3000mm)
– 1x 4000mm x 4500mm rapid rise door
– 1x PORTISO PREC G2 freezer rapid rise door - 17x hinged personnel doors (925mm x 2200mm) for controlled access throughout facility
- 164x KPS posts (180mm diameter x 800mm high) for internal protection and segregation
- Full integration of refrigeration and lighting systems to support temperature-controlled operation and usability of the facility
