- Roof upgrade covering approx. 14,000 m² using Tata Trisomet 333 and R32 composite panels
- Installation of 750 lm FabShack Trimline guttering system, including Kingspan membrane-lined gutters and new rainwater pipes (RWPs)
- Wall envelope installation covering approx. 8,000 m² of Tata Trisomet 333 cladding
- Integration of CL19 and C32 profiled sheeting across designated areas for additional envelope detailing
- Installation of Brett Martin Trilite 30 wall lights to increase natural light and improve internal building environment
